This feedback is crucial in developing the state’s next Olmstead Compliance Plan—a plan that will guide how Kentucky ensures that people with disabilities receive the supports they need in the most integrated setting possible.The Supreme Court’s landmark Olmstead decision in 1999 recognized the value and dignity of all individuals, including those with disabilities.
